A Striking Poinsettia For Your Table Using Pre-Cuts
A Simple Design With Just A Little Fabric Variation
Use your favorite pre-cuts to create stunning table toppers, and if you love runners, they aren’t just for tables. There are all kinds of places to put your beautiful quilting on display.
Mix up your festive decor with snowflake, holiday, and modern-themed to make this poinsettia table topper with soft pretty quilting. An easy design that’s quick to construct, change the fabric for all seasons. The petals bloom against a black background.
The designer Heather Mulder Petersen geared the fabric requirements to the closest size pre-cut because it’s the easiest way to buy small amounts of fabric for runners, and still get the scrappy look. Of course if you want to use your stash or scraps, that will work fine too. This ‘Frosted’ runner requires a little yardage of 3 fabrics, and can be made in colors of your choice.
The ‘Frosted’ table runner finishes at 16 3/4″ x 41 1/4″ . The pattern can be found in Heather’s book ‘The Trendy Table’ which contains 15 striking pieced runners, designed for pre cuts.
