This folded pot holder has pockets for… well you can put in anything you like. The pattern is quick and you can make these pot holders for gifts, and even one for yourself! The finished size is 8″ square. For a quick outline of the pattern scan the details below.

For the Folded Pot Holder you’ll need:-

(2) ¼ yard cuts of fabric
¼ yard of Insul-Bright
Scrap of batting approximately 9″ x 15″

Start off by cutting 1 x 9″ square from each fabric and 1 x 6″ x 9″ rectangle from each fabric.

Cut the Insul-Bright and batting as per measurements.

Layer and quilt.

Make the edging.

Stitch on the loop…

Add some goodies… Done!
