Bright and White Scraps Sew A Postage Stamp Quilt
Pile Up Scrappy Squares
Therapy stitching as the placements are mindless while the quilt blocks plie up! A postage stamp quilt needing just 1 1/2 inch squares is a great way to get rid of small pieces of fabric. Strip piece units or cut squares and sew together for an extra scappy adventure.
Strip piecing saves time needing fabric strips of just 1 /1/2 inch. Find left over strips and start stitching. Cut 1 1/2 inch squares from smaller pieces and put them in a ziplock bag.
Made up of bright color prints and solid white for a display of fresh crisp blocks. Constructing the block is easy starting with small 9 patches, then x 9 creating a block of 81 patches. Alternate any print with a solid white to make the perfect scrappy postage stamp.
A white backing and gingham binding provides a powder fresh finish.
