The Easiest Bento Quilt You’ll Ever Sew

Use the Bento Box quilt block to put nursery prints on display. Together with coordinating colors and prints, Bento blocks make any baby quilt a total favorite.

 

 

No fabric waste using fat quarters, or cut fat quarter sizes from yardage stash. The longest strip is 18.5 inches. Of course you will have to sew all of the strips onto the feature fabric while loving the nursery print you chose especially for baby. Piece the backing with left over pieces.

Kim Diehl’s block is a finished 18 inches. Add strips to make a crib size of 36″ x 40″ .
