Christmas Tree Trivets For Warm Dishes On Your Holiday Table

The sweetest little Christmas Tree trivets. Whip up in no time and is perfect for using up any holiday fabric scraps left over. When they are on the table, they look so cute waiting for your warm dishes. After dinner, you hang them up and they are beautiful Christmas decor! A set of trivets would look fantastic along with a plate of cookies as a Christmas gift for a neighbor or friend. They come together really quickly and are a great way to show off adorable Christmas fabrics.

Make a bunch to give out this Christmas quickly by cutting out the materials for a couple at a time. Attach a hanging loop if you’re wanting to hang them up.

 

There is some really simple paper piecing for this pattern. Each trivet takes about a fat quarter in total. Trivet size approximately 10″ x 4″ .

Using the template downloads, cut trees and tree trunk from pattern templates plus one tree out of Insul Brite.

Stitch as per pattern instructions.

Top stitch all around the edge of the tree including the trunk. Quilt a design of your choice.
