The teacup quilt is a fabric tea party all the more fun when you see cups come together in a quilt using up scraps from your favorite fabrics. Small to medium prints create country garden charm. A beautiful wall hanging in the kitchen, would also add warmth to the sewing room. The perfect scrap buster using up a mix and match of small and medium florals with the addition of gingham and polka dots.

The cup and saucer are quick and easy fusible applique. Use muted florals for an antique theme. The top is quick to construct and cup and saucer brought to life with simple fusible appliqué blocks. A small length of lace, or a vintage hanky under the saucer can easily be included with the applique capturing a quaint vintage feel. Quilt curly steam.
