Use balloons as an accent color, or make them in contrasting colors. Embellish with jumbo ric rac.

Change placement of the balloons. With balloons positioned above the mommy elephants head, and balloon strings placed at a slight angle, it looks as though they’re on the move, and the balloons are blowing in the wind!

To personalize the gift, use fusible applique for the baby’s name.
