The Design Is Beautiful In Any Fabric

This beautiful ‘Spring Radiance’ table topper was inspired by the sunny landscape in France, the stunning floral border fabric acts as a catalyst for the remaining fabric and color choices. Choose Autumn florals, Holiday prints, or any fabric to set the seasonal theme.

 

 

Choosing the border is a great start. Once the main fabric is chosen, it becomes easy to bring in additional fabrics. The border makes provision for a large number of choices that can easily be found in a basket of scraps.

The designer Marianne Elizabeth, centered the design around the beautiful ‘Giselle’ 2013 fabric collection. Green and Lilac were easy to pick out to accent the floral print. I love the design. Any floral fabric would look great. The center star accents the border fabric, and for the inner border, pinwheels pop in a contrasting color.

The finished size is 56″ x 56″. Spring Radiance was a bonus quilt in May/June 2013 issue of Fons& Porter’s Love of Quilting of which you may still have an issue. Lucky for us there is a digital issue available for purchase.
